Southwest Bank will be building a new two-story infill building at 2200 West 7th, on the site of the old commercial vehicle rental place near the river. The building will have retail space available to lease as well. The building was designed by Robert W. Kelly, who you might know as the architect who did the Ashton Hotel restoration. The building will be built right up to the sidewalk and all parking will be at the rear of the site.

I would like to personally send a jeer to Southwest Bank for getting rid of the time and temp sign on 20 and Trail Lake that I had been using for the last 20 years or so as I drove by. Thanks a lot, now how am I supposed to know what the temperature is outside?
