To bad, but La Madeleine has not been the same good quality as when it was
owned by the originator a french man, I dont recall his whole name. but is was
Patrick ? ? ?.
After he sold, and the establishenents became franchises, it lacked quality , freshness and has become very expensive. Also the personel was not as well trained.
“Au Revoir” is a little late, the real “La Madeleine” has long departed with Monsier Patrick.
