Crestwood, Carter Park High-Impact Variances on the Agenda at Tonight’s City Council Meeting

by Steve Smith

Two high-impact time variances are on the agenda at tonight’s Council meeting. One is requested near the Crestwood neighborhood at 3595 Rockwood Park Drive. Another high-impact variance is on the agenda at 1093 Oak Grove Road within 600 feet of Carter Park. Word is that Chesapeake has rounded up a group of neighbors that supports the Carter Park variance. Also, I have heard that Jerry Horton will speak to the council about the situation on Carter Avenue.
