What is now the downtown FedEx Kinko’s was at one point Hogan Office Supplies, run by Ben Hogan’s brother. When Kinko’s moved in, they never bothered to remove this awning, and a sign on the rear of the building.

Kevin, I love your gorgeous little snapshots of another time and place. You’re like an archaeologist digging around urban FW. I vaguely remember shopping at this store in the late 70’s - early 80’s, before I heard the word, Kinko’s. It had a small-town atmosphere, even then, and a very limited selection of goods.
I also remember the Washer Bros. men’s store around the corner where a steak house now sits, I think.
Look forward to your next “find”.
