Breaking: Construction Crew Successful In Daring Turtle Rescue!
by Pete WannBob the snapping turtle went missing sometime in September when construction was under way on the remodel of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. He recently resurfaced on the construction site, and his rescue was caught on film!
The whole city is grateful for these brave construction workers who risked missing lunch and possibly losing a finger to make Bob’s life a little better. (Seriously, though, good job folks! Thanks for not just leaving him to get squished by a backhoe.)

That’s a great story. We don’t tend to put the construction industry into the category of folks sensitive to the environment. But, obviously, people in all walks of life will make the extra effort to help one of God’s creatures.
